Students who work for a mechanical contractor as an intern will enhance their education, professional experience, and interest in the mechanical contracting industry. Please consider hiring a student intern to help prepare them for a full-time position after they graduate. A limited number of student internship grants are available. MCERF is making available student internship grants (one per company) to offset your cost of hiring interns. Its a win-win for everyone in the industry. MCAA member firms are eligible to apply.
